Isobella Jade reads from her new YA book Careful, due July 26, 2012. Careful is about the spirit of a sixteen year old girl who dies in a texting and driving crash and Jade calls the book "a Lovely Bones meets The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, deeply sentimental but with a bit of edge." Jade is a model, author and publisher based in New York City. Jade first gained buzz for how she wrote her first book Almost 5'4" at the Apple retail store in SoHo when she did not have a computer at the time.

Her memoir Almost 5'4" is about her journey as a shorter-than-average model in New York City and her graphic novel Model Life: The Journey of a Pint-Size Fashion Warrior shares her experiences as a model in an illustrated format with illustrations by Jazmin Ruotolo. Inspired by her blog readers, in Jade's collection of on the job experiences featured in Short Stuff: on the job with an x-small model she includes tips and advice for shorter aspiring models.

Jade and her books have been featured in media outlets such as The New York Post, The New York Times, Advertising Age, Allure.com, Glamour.com, Page Six, Galleycat/MediaBistro.com, The Los Angeles Times, The Sydney Morning Herald, and many others around the globe.
