Thurs September 10th, No matter your height, or whether you are on a runway or not, and no matter your budget, this week you can still enjoy Fashion Week, with Fashion Night Out. I plan to go to some in-store events. Stores from Barneys or Payless will be involved. It is a way for everyone in New York and around the globe to celebrate fashion week, and fashion.
